Changes or modifications are fast and simple as well. Although steel is initially less expensive, welding steel is an expensive and time consuming process. Welding requires skilled labor, safety precautions, as well as priming, painting, and other environmental concerns. Any changes to the welded frame later are difficult and very costly.

ALLSCARE OFFERS SPECIAL BRACKETS FOR CYLINDER TO EXTRUSION MOUNTING! These unique bracket assemblies allow you to mount any number of air cylinders, directly to the standard sizes of extrusions. The use of these “hybrid brackets” is what gives your application adjustability in the cylinder movement. We also offer a number of conventional brackets for mounting air cylinders to other flat surfaces. We have foot mount and pivot mount style brackets to fit any of our cylinders. Mounting nuts are also available if needed.
