Footnoose

Foot Noose is held from an elevation by a rope or wire around his ankles, and the blood has clearly rushed to his head. He bends frantically at the waist front to back while his head whips from side to side, moaning and groaning throughout. Effective anywhere overhead space can be used to extend the scare zone vertically.
