Head Waiter

Head Waiter can talk his way out of anything — since he’s already been decapitated. He rotates from side to side but will stop to address guests directly, staring them down with his LED eyes and delivering whatever he’s been programmed to say. A character best placed where guests are forced to slow down, because he tends to hold an audience.
